What exactly am I buying?+
Lyophilized research peptides intended strictly for in-vitro laboratory research. Nothing sold by VOW Labs is a drug, supplement, or product for human or veterinary consumption.
How do I pay?+
At checkout you pay by Zelle. After you place the order you receive an order reference plus exact payment instructions. Your order moves to processing as soon as payment is confirmed.
How fast do orders ship?+
Orders confirmed before 2 PM local fulfillment time are packed the same business day. Domestic tracked delivery typically arrives in 2 business days. Orders over $250 ship free; below that, shipping is a flat $15.
How do I track my order?+
Use the Track Order page and enter the reference from your confirmation (format VOW-XXXX). You will see fulfillment progress from Awaiting Payment through Delivered, plus a tracking number once it ships.
Are your peptides tested?+
Yes. Every batch is tested by an independent third-party laboratory for identity and purity, with a target of ≥ 98% by HPLC / LC-MS. Batch certificates are available to view on the Lab Results page.
How should vials be stored?+
Store lyophilized vials refrigerated at 36–46 °F and protected from light. Once reconstituted with bacteriostatic water, keep refrigerated and use within the window listed on each product page.
What if my order arrives damaged?+
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the package and vials. We will reship or refund at our discretion under our reshipment guarantee.
Do you ship internationally?+
At this time we fulfill domestic orders only. All synthesis, testing, and fulfillment is handled through our verified partner network.
