What exactly am I buying?+
Lyophilized research peptides intended strictly for in-vitro laboratory research. Nothing sold by VOW LABS is a drug, supplement, or product for human or veterinary consumption.
How do I pay?+
At checkout you pay securely by bank (pay by bank). After you place the order you receive an order reference plus exact payment instructions. Your order moves to processing as soon as payment is confirmed.
How fast do orders ship?+
Packed the same business day for payments confirmed before 2 PM local fulfillment time. Standard shipping is $8 and arrives in 3–5 business days, 2-day shipping is $16, and overnight shipping is $40. Standard shipping is free at $250.
How do I track my order?+
Use the Track Order page and enter the reference from your confirmation (format VOW-XXXX). You will see fulfillment progress from Awaiting Payment through Delivered, plus a tracking number once it ships.
Are your peptides tested?+
Yes. Every batch is tested by an independent third-party laboratory for identity and purity, with ≥99% by HPLC. Batch certificates are available to view on the Lab Results page.
How should vials be stored?+
Storage requirements vary by compound. See each product's storage specification and keep vials sealed in their original packaging until laboratory use.
What if my order arrives damaged?+
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the package and vials. We will reship or refund at our discretion under our reshipment guarantee.
Do you ship internationally?+
At this time we fulfill domestic orders only. Every eligible order is packed according to the fulfillment standard shown at checkout.
