Shipping Policy
For qualified laboratory researchers only. Not for human or veterinary consumption.
Handling time
Packed the same business day for payments confirmed before 2 PM local fulfillment time. Orders confirmed after that cutoff, or on weekends and holidays, are packed the next business day. An order is confirmed only once payment has been received and verified.
Delivery time
Standard tracked delivery arrives in 3–5 business days, 2-day shipping arrives in 2 business days, and overnight shipping arrives the next business day. Carrier delays, weather, and address corrections can extend these estimates.
Rates
Standard shipping is $8 and arrives in 3–5 business days, 2-day shipping is $16, and overnight shipping is $40. Standard shipping is free at $250.
Packaging
Laboratory materials are packed in plain, tamper-evident, insulated outer packaging with batch-coded labelling. Lyophilized material is stable in transit; cold-chain handling is maintained until dispatch.
Tracking
A tracking number is added to your order and emailed to you as soon as a label is created. You can follow progress at any time on the Track Order page using your VOW-XXXX reference.
Delivery regions
We currently fulfill domestic orders only. We do not ship to addresses where the receipt of laboratory research materials is restricted by law.
