Batch documentation

No batch is released without an independent laboratory report covering identity and purity, with a release standard of ≥99% by HPLC. The report is published unedited and stays associated with the batch it describes.

Traceability

A unique batch code links the vial label, the batch documentation and the certificate of analysis. Given a vial, the corresponding report can always be located; given a report, the batch it belongs to can always be identified.

Storage

Material is held under controlled temperature and protected from light from intake until dispatch. Storage conditions after delivery are stated in the documentation supplied with each batch and should be followed from the moment the parcel is opened.

Packaging

Orders ship in plain, tamper-evident, insulated outer packaging with batch-coded labelling. Tamper evidence means a parcel that has been opened in transit can be recognised before the contents are used.

Reshipment guarantee

Parcels confirmed lost in transit, or arriving damaged, are reshipped at our cost. Report the issue with the order reference and photographs of the outer packaging and contents.

Common questions

How should laboratory materials be stored on arrival?

Keep vials sealed in their original packaging, protected from light, and held at the storage condition stated in the batch documentation for that material until laboratory use.

What happens if a parcel is lost or arrives damaged?

Report it with your order reference and photographs of the outer packaging and contents. Parcels confirmed lost in transit or damaged on arrival are reshipped at our cost under our reshipment guarantee.
