Information we collect
When you place an order we collect the name, email address, mobile number, and shipping address you provide, the items and amounts in your order, and the payment reference you use (Zelle confirmation). We never see or store full card numbers or bank credentials.
How we use it
Your information is used to confirm payment, fulfill and ship your order, send order and shipping notifications, respond to support requests, and meet our record-keeping obligations. We do not sell your personal information.
Cart and local storage
Your shopping cart is stored in your browser's local storage so it survives a page refresh. It stays on your device and is only transmitted to us when you submit an order.
Sharing
We share only what is necessary with shipping carriers to deliver your order and with the infrastructure providers that host our site and database. Those providers are bound to use the data solely to provide their service to us.
Retention
Order records are retained for as long as needed to support the order, handle disputes, and satisfy legal requirements. You can ask us to delete personal details that are no longer required for those purposes.
Security
Traffic to this site is encrypted in transit. Order data is stored in an access-controlled database and administrative access is password protected and limited to our team.
Your choices
You can request a copy of the information we hold about you, ask for corrections, or request deletion by emailing us. You can opt out of non-essential messages at any time; transactional order messages are required to fulfill your purchase.
Children
This site is not directed to anyone under 21 and we do not knowingly collect information from minors.
