1. Research Use Only
All products sold by VOW Labs are intended strictly for in-vitro laboratory research and are not for human or veterinary use, diagnostic use, or any form of consumption. Products are not drugs, foods, cosmetics, or dietary supplements and have not been evaluated by the FDA. By purchasing, you affirm you are a qualified researcher or purchasing on behalf of a research entity, and that you will handle, store, and dispose of all materials in accordance with applicable law.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 21 years of age to place an order. We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any order at our discretion, including orders that appear intended for unlawful resale or for human consumption.
3. Orders & Payment
An order is confirmed only when payment is received and verified. We accept Zelle. Unpaid orders are automatically released after 24 hours. Prices, availability, and promotions may change without notice.
4. Shipping
We ship to the regions listed at checkout. Orders over $250 ship free; otherwise a flat $15 tracked shipping fee applies. Orders confirmed before 2 PM local fulfillment time are packed the same business day and typically arrive within 2 business days. Title and risk of loss pass to the buyer upon delivery to the carrier, though our reshipment guarantee below still applies.
5. Returns & Reshipment
Because these are temperature-sensitive research materials, we cannot accept returns of opened or delivered product. If your order arrives damaged, leaking, or is lost in transit, contact us within 48 hours of delivery (or 10 business days after the last tracking scan for lost parcels) with photos where applicable. We will reship or refund at our discretion.
6. Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled at no cost before payment is confirmed. Once an order has been paid and entered fulfillment, it can no longer be cancelled.
7. Accuracy of Information
Product descriptions, research summaries, and specifications are provided for informational purposes for qualified researchers. They are not medical advice, dosing guidance, or a representation of safety or efficacy in humans. We make reasonable efforts to keep content accurate but do not warrant that it is error-free.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, VOW Labs is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the purchase, handling, storage, or use of any product. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim. You assume full responsibility for the safe and lawful use of all materials purchased.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless VOW Labs, its officers, employees, and suppliers from any claim, loss, or expense arising out of your misuse of any product, including any use in or on humans or animals.
10. Intellectual Property
All site content, branding, imagery, and copy are the property of VOW Labs and may not be reproduced without written permission.
11. Governing Law & Changes
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which VOW Labs operates, without regard to conflict of law rules. We may update these terms at any time; the version posted at the time of your order applies to that order.
